摘要本文分析探讨了青海省公共图书馆及各系统图书馆在经费短缺的境况下，实现在网络环境中文献资源联合共建起到资源共享的重要意义与必然趋势。

On the footing of analysing the integration of Qinghai nationalities universities ' library and reference room of every department ( institute ), this article points out the integration 's advantage and disadvantage , and raises some measures to overcome the disadvantages .
